The largest & most recognised industry association for the removal industry.

 B.A.R is a Trade Association dedicated to promoting professional excellence and service in the removel industry through its Code of Pratice, for the mutual benefit of removers and their customers.

Members must adhere to stringent guidelines and industry standards in order to maintain their membership. This ensures that the company as a whole operates equally and pricing and standards are consistant throughout the UK.

Michael Heap Ltd and the B.A.R are in close contact with the Office of Fair Trading to ensure trading terms and conditions are in line with the latest statutory requirements.

The B.A.R sets out rigorous standards of customer care for its members.  The association provides advise and support should you experience a problem that has been un-resolvable, through their conciliation service you can discuss your issue confidentially and fairly.
